Troy: Hey everybody, Troy with Champion Plumbing out of Eagan, Minnesota.
Today, we are in St. Paul putting a water heater in like usual, right? But this one, it wasn’t tied into the chimney liner. It was just stuck right here in a hole. And look at the condition of the liner.
We just pulled out… I’ll get some pictures and show you. We just pulled a chunk out. It wasn’t screwed together and it had literally rusted in half. Wait until you see the pictures? It’s pretty bad, so it’s a blessing in disguise that he ended up having to get a new heater today.
His boiler was also tied into it. You can see there’s some holes over there, where the boilers tied in. Yeah, so naturally on a Friday afternoon, we end up having to put a chimney liner in, in order to get the water heater in and make it vent properly.
So if you have a water heater that is leaking or needs to be updated, or heck, even a chimney liner, give us a call (651) 362-2622. Or look us up on the web, www.championplumbing.net.
