This was the best experience I I have had getting anything done for my houses. I needed a new water heater, I did some research for 3 different companies, and HomeDepot checked off everything from customer service to price and even the company that came to install the water heater. The help desk at HomeDepot, had my information entered in 5 minutes, sent it and I received a call from Champion within 15 minutes. I was still in HomeDepot. They set up an appointment to come give me an estimate, and the day of the appointment called to let me know about when they would be there. Shortly after, they called again and asked if they could come over now. They came over, gave me an estimate, and said they could do the work right then. This also required them to add an insert into my chimney. They said the work would take 3-4 hours, and were done in 3. They were VERY friendly and helpful. I asked a ton of questions as they were working and they answered everything and never even got irritated with all my talking. Champion gets 100% from me.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced, so obviously not an emergency, yet I received next day service. My plumber, Matt Glander, arrived as scheduled and did a very professional job and actually performed more than the standard install due to a couple of issues that he remedied at no additional cost. Also, and even more critical, I asked him to look at another job in my laundry/furnace area and he discovered a gas leak on a bad fitting on the water heater and fixed it on the spot. I’ve used Champion before and will continue to use them. Excellent job. Thank you, Matt.
