Troy: Hey all, Troy, Champion Plumbing out of Eagan. We’re going to talk about laundry tubs and laundry tub faucets.
Most of the houses we have in the metro area are going to have something like this. It’s a dual tub. So you got the two sides to it. They’re almost always located in the basement or in a mudroom in some of the newer houses and this one just has the most common standard, brass faucet on it.
These lines are running up the wall, so they’re completely exposed. You’ll also see we have both the washing machine hot and cold shutoffs on them with anti-hammers. So what’s missing here is just the hose that would be going down to the washing machine.
I’m going to show you next is just a single bowl laundry tub, also very, very common and this is all they are right. Just a little chunk of plastic. But on this one, we have the faucet, a little fancier of a faucet, a little nicer looking, more appealing and there are no exposed water lines, so the lines run below. It’s kind of just a nicer look all around.
And the next one I’ll show you. So this is probably my favorite.
The design, has a little cabinet. It’s got an open bay. Again, the supplies are all down, they’re concealed. And this one, I mean, perfect if you have a little dog. Pull the sprayer, wash the dog, right? A fairly nice-looking faucet and very, very easy to clean. So, I can get back all the way. That looks a lot better. Like I said before, more appealing of a laundry tub and laundry tub faucet.
