Troy: Hello Troy, Champion Plumbing out of Eagan, Minnesota.

We are in Minneapolis right now redoing a kitchen drain stack. They currently have, it’s an old Minneapolis house, so they got an old galvanized stack running down and tying into cast iron. It’s an inch and a half pipe, and when we were here doing the gas line for their kitchen remodel an inspector mentioned that we should change this to two inch, so here we are, changing it to two inch.

This is what the upstairs looks like right now. You can tell they’re in the middle of a pretty big remodel for their kitchen. This is the drain that we’re going to be changing. That will all be two inch when we’re done, and tying into the existing vent there. We will be back shortly with some finished product.

Alright, we are all done with the new drain waste and vent for the kitchen sink. And as you can see, we brought it down much lower so that the garbage disposal will work.
