Troy: Hello. Troy here at Champion Plumbing out of Eagan, Minnesota. Today we are in St. Paul adding a gas line for a new gas range instead of the electric. Got Darnell back there sawing away. I’ll run downstairs and show you where he tied in from and then we’ll come back up and see how he’s doing.

Here’s where he tie tied in. It’s an old existing gas line. You can see Darnell put the soft copper in. It runs around, then it gets a little busy and then turns and goes up that wall into the kitchen.

Got it all put together and he’s giving it the once-over with the gas tester. All right, you can see we got the new gas line coming out of the wall. We had to put it at a little bit of an angle like that because we have to have our three-inch dirt leg and the back of the stove only has the opening at the very lower portion, so that way they’ll be able to get it all the way tight up against the wall. You can see the anti-tip bracket there; very important.

Yeah, new gas range. If you’re sick of cooking on electric stoves, give us a call at (651)362-2622 or look us up on the web: www.championplumbing.net. Thanks.
