We’re trying to do some homeowner self-help videos, like how to drain your water heater, how do identify what kind of water heater you have. We’re currently working on a project, how to drain down your outside spigots so that you get them drained down properly, and you don’t have any problems with freezing. We do unfortunately see a lot of that in the spring where people will turn their water back on and then they’ll have issues.

And when you’re doing something around the house that seems fairly simple, like draining your water heater or draining down your outside spigots, you can take a quick look at our videos, and know that you’re doing it properly.
