Lee: Hey everybody. This is Lee from Champion Plumbing out of Eagan, Minnesota. We’re here at Prior Lake. We’re going to do a main water valve to the house shut off. As you can see, they’re a little bit old. This one down here is the city side shutoff. That is your responsibility. And up here, this is what we call the home side shutoff, also your responsibility.

We’re going to get the water shut off by the city. Get those two replaced out with ball valves and I’ll get you guys a visual of it after we’re all done. Talk to you later.

Hey guys, Lee from Champion Plumbing out of Eagan, Minnesota. I was inside earlier looking at the valves that we’re going to replace. This is what it looks like when you’re shutting the water off to your house from the road. So as you can see, it’s going to have to be something that’s done by the city.

They’ll bring the tool out. Some of them leave the tool, some of them don’t leave the tool, but in the long run, if you need to have both valves shut off in your home and replaced, then you need to have the city come out and do that.

All right, guys, we’re back at the water shutoffs. We were able to get that city side one on there. Nice ball valve, easy to shut off. And we also did this home side one.

Nice and easy to shut off as well. Just push it down, it’ll do its thing. Turn it up. Good to go.
