Troy: Hello, Troy here of Champion Plumbing out of Eagan, Minnesota. Today, we’re in Bloomington again, taking care of another water heater. This one was leaking, see some water on the floor down there. Other than that, everything’s pretty good here. We are going to have to change some venting around. We’re going to put a new water valve on, but they have combustion air, they have a good gas valve. All that stuff is good so we should be in and out of here rather quickly.
